Diating is the best technique to loose wait. But technically we should take the food of that amount which will provide the nessecery calory to our body. so in my diatin is not just to minimize the amount but is all about taking of sufficent calory of food.
a body also needs adequate nutrition. and consume low-calorie foods that I think is not too problematic.
