Healthy Eating and Peer Pressure

Diet and enjoy a healthy lifestyle, as we all know that control the food that is bad for you is the main part of healthy living. Healthy foods are needed for healthy survival. Many ways to overcome the problem of how to avoid unhealthy living Just need a little knowledge to keep us healthy.
Alcohol: remember that alcohol contains hundreds of empty calories in just one drink. If you go to one event, you should avoid drinking alcohol for the bid, give a good reason that they are not disappointed at your refusal, make sure that you currently can not consume alcohol.
At other times when you may feel pressured to eat is at work when the boss orders lunch for everyone at the meeting or when you have to visit clients. Rather than succumb to the temptation, just politely refuse food by letting your boss know in advance, or order something to eat healthy and portion sharing a half so you have to eat for lunch tomorrow, too.
When someone hands you a piece of cake and there would be no answer, it may be difficult to know what to say! Here, little white lies might fit. For example, say that your stomach is upset at the beginning of the day will convince people that you do not want to eat at the moment or pretending to have a chocolate allergy will get people to allow you to enjoy the party without the hassle surrounding food.
Remember, however, that while refusing bad foods is fine, you have to eat good food. If you do not, dangerous eating habits and disorders can develop, which will give you, your friends, and your doctor is really a reason to worry. It’s ok to say no to pressure, but did not say no to food in general!

I agree with u dude. To have a healthy life healthy food is most. but now a days there are a least thing that are really healthy.
you are right, as much as possible we should pay more attention to healthy food for the consumption.
