Women were more susceptible to cancer. Therefore, women should begin to implement a healthy lifestyle with healthy food consumption as well.

Currently, cancer is one cause of death in the world. World Health Organization (WHO) states, in the year 2015, an estimated 9 million people are dead because of cancer, and the year 2030 there are an estimated 11.4 million deaths due to cancer.

The number of deaths from cancer is greater than the total number of deaths due to TB, HIV, and malaria. Therefore, cancer can happen to any and all parts of the body and all the people although more at the age above 40 years.

WHO reveals an increase in the number of cancer patients every year to reach 6.25 million people and two-thirds come from developing countries.

Unhealthy lifestyles, smoking, and eating fatty foods, is the factor most trigger cancer. This adult women tend to do things that harm health. Not surprisingly, the number of cancer patients from women rose rapidly.

Indeed not all of the lifestyle. However, cancer usually adopt a lifestyle that is not good. For example cervical cancer because she had sex with many people. Breast cancer due to fatty foods. Lung cancer due to smoking.

Due to higher rates of cancer in women, the early detection of cancer has become so important to suppress the death rate. The low awareness of reproductive health that finally brought women at risk of death.

One of the cancer prevention efforts that can be done is by Pap test, to determine at an early stage of cervical cancer which until now still at the top causes of death among women.

Meanwhile, the exact causes of breast cancer is unknown. However, there are things or habits that have been known to increase one’s risk of breast cancer. Among women 35-49 years age group, have a history of breast cancer in close relatives and have a history of benign breast disease / tumors.

In addition to two types of cancer above, women are also vulnerable to lung cancer. It was caused by cigarettes. In fact, despite smoking less than men, women were more susceptible to the effects of lung damage due to substances that are carcinogens in a cigarette.

In conclusion, one of the cancer prevention efforts is to improve the quality of life and it can be started from home. Because of that true, it is necessary strived how knowledge about cancer was known in every household.
